Application Process
All site applications will undergo an assessment to evaluate suitability and location. During this process, our Event Coordinator may contact you for further information.
You will receive various emails throughout the process including a payment link (if necessary) when your booking is approved.
Once payment is received your booking will be confirmed.
All prices are displayed exc. GST – 10% GST will be added at the checkout.
Community sites are provided free to organisations and Government bodies whose aim at the Berry Small Farm Field Days is to provide information and education to the public on matters related to the environment, agriculture and rural living, health and wellbeing and community matters. Please apply if you are interested in obtaining a community site. Exhibitor passes will be restricted to a reasonable number by negotiation.
